For our team at the Luzern location, we are looking for a Public Transport Security Specialist as of December 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can look forward to:
Fair salary
Gross annual salary between CHF 60'000 and 70'000
In addition to the 10% time supplement, a night allowance of CHF 3 per hour for night shifts

Your mission with us
You play a decisive role in public transport security and ensure a safe and pleasant travel experience for all passengers through your presence.
You maintain peace and order and intervene with de-escalation if necessary to prevent or defuse disruptive actions, confrontations, or acts of violence.
In the event of fire alarms, lift emergency calls, or similar situations, you assess the situation and take appropriate measures.
In medical emergencies, you provide first aid.
In cooperation with rescue and intervention services such as police and paramedic services, you ensure effective collaboration.
What you bring with you:
Your empathetic and open-minded nature as well as your good mental and physical fitness help you master difficult situations.
You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship or have completed the Matura. Additionally, you have proficient German language skills and common IT skills.
You enjoy taking responsibility to fulfill customer concerns quickly and to their full satisfaction.
Irregular working shifts (shift operation - including night and weekend) do not bother you. Additionally, you possess a Category B driver's license or are willing to obtain one.
In addition to citizenship or settlement permit C, you have a well-groomed appearance without visible tattoos on hands, neck, or face.
