Specialist Occupational Safety and Health 60 - 100 % Luzern In our real estate department, you ensure that occupational safety and health protection are modeled on Suva's construction sites as the client. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to our role model function as an investor. What you achieve • You ensure that occupational safety and health protection are exemplarily adhered to on Suva's own construction sites. • You check safety concepts, assess risks, and derive effective preventive measures from them. • You coordinate the cooperation with our external safety advisors across projects, analyze their reports, and are responsible for improvements internally and externally. • You advise our construction project managers on all questions regarding occupational safety and health protection. • As a member of the staff of the Real Estate department, you support Suva as a significant investor in the Swiss real estate market. You contribute to ensuring Suva's services for the benefit of its insured persons as well as their pensions. What you bring • You have a degree as a civil engineer or a master builder. In addition, you have the federal diploma as a specialist for occupational safety and health (ASGS) or are willing to complete the training. • You have several years of experience in the main construction industry. • You possess a category B driver's license as well as your own vehicle and are willing to travel as part of your activities. • You communicate confidently in German, French language skills are an advantage.
