Sales Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial strategy in order to support the development of sales on the Valais market
• Supervise, support, and motivate the sales team in achieving its objectives
• Actively develop market shares and identify new commercial opportunities
• Ensure the monitoring of performance indicators and implement the necessary corrective actions
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with the economic actors of the region
• Supervise commercial activities related to the sale of vehicles, financial products, and complementary services
• Ensure permanent market monitoring and anticipate evolutions in the automotive sector

Profile

• Holder of a commercial training or training deemed equivalent
• Successful experience of several years in a commercial management function in the automotive field
• Possess excellent knowledge of automotive sales and its current challenges
• Demonstrate strong skills in leadership, team management, and employee support
• Have an excellent knowledge of the Valais economic fabric as well as a developed professional network
• Be recognized for your results orientation, your sense of negotiation, and your ability to achieve ambitious objectives
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Master French perfectly, any other language constituting a real asset
