ARASAPE is an association grouping the 18 municipalities of the district of Aigle and Pays-d'Enhaut. It is in charge of managing the day care network for children. Its mission is also to manage the Regional Social Centre (CSR) of Bex and Aigle, as well as the social insurance agencies (AAS) of Bex, Aigle, Villeneuve, Ollon, Le Sépey and Château d'Oex.

ARASAPE is advertising a position within its Regional Social Centre (CSR) of Bex and its branches in Aigle and Pays-d'Enhaut. This position is part of an evolving environment, offering the opportunity to actively contribute to harmonizing practices within the social action region of eastern Vaud.

Your main tasks:

• Supervise, evaluate and oversee a team of social workers, ensuring work organization, replacements and file follow-up.
• Participate in coordination and transversal activities with other local managers of the CSR
• Guarantee the application of the legal and normative framework for aid requests within the communal, regional and cantonal network.
• Be the reference person for employees, answering questions relating to advice to the population, social support for beneficiaries and rights and obligations regarding social aid

Profile sought:

• You have a HES Bachelor's degree in the social field or a diploma from a recognized social school and you are trained in team management
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a social service
• You have proven experience in a management function
• Your listening skills allow you to support your team in problematic situations
• Your leadership is proven and invites respect for the legal framework and directives. It is a source of motivation and confidence for the staff
• Your knowledge of the cantonal and communal administration network, as well as the specific care for young adults would be an asset
