Your tasks • Ensuring proactive customer contact for needs-oriented sales campaigns in the context of advertising measures • Contacting customers as part of sales activities for products and services • Conducting high-quality sales conversations, analyzing and forwarding the results of campaigns and market feedback based on an existing questionnaire • Achieving high customer satisfaction • Achieving sales and quota targets • Timely analysis and forwarding of campaign and market feedback Your goals • Achieve high customer satisfaction. • Achieve sales targets and quotas. • Analyze and forward campaign and market feedback on time.
