Ski instructor position

Join our team for the 2026/2027 season!

We are looking for a ski instructor holding a federal authorization to complete our team during the 2026/2027 winter season.

A varied position across several resorts

The work will take place mainly in 3 ski resorts, with the possibility of occasionally working in other resorts depending on the requests and needs of the school.

You will have the opportunity to supervise a varied clientele, in a dynamic and professional environment, with lessons adapted to the different levels and profiles of skiers.

Your missions

• Give private ski lessons
• Supervise children, adolescents and adults, from beginner to advanced level
• Guarantee quality teaching, in compliance with safety rules
• Adapt to different terrains, levels and client expectations
• Contribute to the good image and development of the school
• Depending on your skills and interest, possibility to participate in the management and development of the ski school

Conditions

• Winter season 2026/2027
• Federal ski instructor authorization indispensable
• Occasional travel possible to other resorts
• Hourly remuneration
• Schedule established according to reservations and availability
• Possibility of evolution towards a school manager/administrator role for a motivated person wishing to invest more

Profile sought

We are looking for a person:

• Holder of the required federal authorization
• Dynamic, punctual and responsible
• Comfortable with children as well as adults
• Having a good sense of contact and customer service
• Autonomous and capable of working in a team
• Flexible and mobile between the different resorts
• Experience in ski teaching or in school management is an asset

Proficiency in French and English is desired. German constitutes an advantage.

This position may also suit an instructor wishing to evolve beyond teaching. For the interested person with the necessary skills, we offer the possibility to progressively take charge of the coordination and management of the ski school.
