Packaging Printer Your area of responsibility: • Production on high-level complex systems for multi-layer labels and technically demanding productions of up to 10 colors • Independent processing of print orders based on corresponding documentation such as instructions, QM documents, and technical documentation • Continuous optimization of processes, productivity, as well as the reduction of waste • Independent performance of quality inspections, as well as maintaining the necessary verification documents • Proper handling and care of the printing machines, the tools, and the workplace • Independent planning and preparation of your own area of responsibility, including initiating suitable countermeasures Your qualifications: • Completed mechanical or technical vocational training, ideally as a flexographic printer or similar printing processes (recent graduates also welcome) • Experience in a production plant • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Flexibility and high willingness to learn • Technical thinking ability and understanding • Good communication and teamwork skills • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Unimpaired color vision
