What awaits you with us As a construction site manager*, you will take responsibility for your construction sites and, together with your installation team, ensure that our projects are implemented successfully. You realize exciting new construction and renovation projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction You take on the technical leadership of your installation team and are the primary contact person on the construction site You organize and coordinate the work on-site while keeping an eye on quality, deadlines, and a smooth process You take responsibility for your projects and construction sites and receive the necessary freedom to work independently and make decisions You work closely with our project managers and other internal and external contact persons A varied leadership task awaits you, where your experience, your ideas, and your organizational talent are required What you bring For this task, we are looking for a personality who understands their craft, enjoys taking on responsibility, and also keeps an overview when a lot is happening simultaneously on the construction site.
