As a Cleaning Supervisor at ISS, you lead collaborators, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. What awaits you ### • Coordinates and monitors all cleaning activities, organizes, supervises, and participates in them • Overall management of their unit in compliance with internal and external company standards and rules • Responsibility for customer service and optimal execution of services • Supervision of collaborators to ensure they provide the agreed services to the client, in compliance with instructions and the legal framework • Optimal use of internal and external resources necessary for the provision of services • Quality control and internal audits with clients • Ordering of materials and planning of interventions as well as schedules • Ensures adequate and optimal use of subcontractors • Controls, manages, and monitors budgets • Analyzes team activity and identifies deviations (control of working hours) • Ensures invoicing in accordance with services provided • Replaces their hierarchical superior in case of absence What you bring ### • CFC in the cleaning industry (cleaning agent, operations agent, or equivalent), an asset • Ongoing training in the field of cleaning • Proven experience in team management • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activities • Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese, or Spanish an asset) • Mastery of computer tools (MS Office) • Driver's license, clean criminal record • Service-oriented, well-organized, and communicative • Autonomous, proactive, organized Ready for us?
