Support your team during malfunctions, analyze causes, and help to establish and advance sustainable solutions for stable plant operation. What you bring with you You have completed vocational training as a Plant Operator EFZ and bring several years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in the food industry. Flexibility is a matter of course for you and you are ready to work in a 4-shift system. Technology inspires you and you enjoy not just operating machines, but continuously optimizing them together with the team. You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented and positive attitude and maintain an overview even when not everything is perfectly coordinated yet.
