Primary contact person for customers at the counter Providing customers with initial information about basic products (e.g., cards) and accompanying them with digital Raiffeisen\-apps Managing ATMs Triage customer requests and forward them to the responsible person Processing customer orders and supporting advisors in order processing (e.g., cards, accounts, and securities) What do you bring with you?
