To complete our team, we are looking for, for an indefinite period, a/an: Store Manager 100% - Shop-in-Shop Manor Lausanne Job Description As Store Manager, you play a key role in the success of your boutique. You unite and support your team, develop commercial performance, and guarantee an excellent customer experience. A true field manager, you bring the group's brands to life on a daily basis and ensure the maintenance of the quality and excellence standards that make Swatch Group's reputation. Tasks: You drive the boutique's turnover performance and mobilize the necessary actions to reach and exceed sales objectives. You give meaning to the boutique's results, by driving quantitative and qualitative indicators, in line with the objectives set by the group. You create a strong team dynamic on a daily basis: you supervise, train, motivate, and develop your employees. You transform every customer interaction into a quality experience, by advising and selling with high standards, listening, and attention to detail. You represent the brands daily, by developing local external relations and actively contributing to customer acquisition and loyalty. You ensure stock control and reliability, by ensuring their follow-up and the proper execution of inventories. You guarantee an irreproachable point of sale, by ensuring the enhancement of window displays, the proper management of cash registers, and compliance with presentation standards. Profile You hold a CFC as a retail employee or any other training deemed equivalent. Ideally, you have experience in the world of watchmaking and/or in the luxury sector. You have proven experience in team management and/or in the commercial management of a boutique. Required Skills You know how to unite, motivate, and engage a team around common objectives, with a true culture of results and performance. You combine an analytical spirit and a structured approach, which allows you to quickly understand challenges, solve problems, and make effective decisions. Languages Your native language is French and you also master English. Any other language is an asset for evolving in an international environment. Workplace The position is based in Lausanne. The Shops are integral parts of the Manor centers and follow the same hours, from Monday to Saturday.
