Deputy Store Manager Retail 80–100% Work location: Pratteln Workload: 80–100% Start: Immediately or by arrangement Salary: Approx. CHF 4’800.– to CHF 5’200.– gross per month, depending on experience and qualification Your tasks Support of the store management in daily operational business Deputy management of the branch in the absence of the store management Technical guidance and support of the employees Ensuring professional customer advice and high service quality Participation in personnel deployment planning Support in the organization and coordination of daily processes Active participation in sales and competent advice to customers Implementation of sales promotions and operational specifications Ensuring attractive product presentation Co-responsibility for achieving turnover and quality goals Your profile Completed training in retail, preferably in the textile or fashion sector Several years of professional experience in sales Initial leadership experience or willingness to take the next step into a leadership role Initial experience in personnel deployment planning is an advantage High customer, sales, and service orientation Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working Enjoyment in the leadership and further development of employees Good IT skills Willingness for flexible work assignments within the opening hours
