Specialist in charge of accounting & human resources 80 to 100% Our client is a successful and well-established company in garden and landscape construction, specializing in the realization of high-quality projects for a demanding private clientele. As part of a carefully planned succession arrangement, the company will be gradually handed over to the next generation of entrepreneurs. Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a committed and responsible person who will independently manage the accounting and human resources department and actively help shape the further development of internal processes. Your tasks: In this versatile function, you will take over the responsibility for financial and personnel administration and make an important contribution to the further development of the company. Your main tasks include: • Management of financial accounting (debtors, creditors incl. preparation of financial statements) • Management and maintenance of the reporting system • Responsibility for personnel administration incl. monthly payroll processing for around 20 employees • Participation in the introduction and conversion of the ERP system from Sorba to Abacus • Support in optimizing and digitizing administrative processes • General administrative tasks in the finance and personnel area Your profile: For this position, we are looking for an initiative and forward-looking person with the following profile: • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting and human resources • Enjoyment of digital processes and a high affinity for IT • Open to changes and interest in actively helping to shape new solutions • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Stylistically correct knowledge of German in word and writing • Knowledge of French is an advantage What to expect: You can expect a varied and responsible activity with a lot of creative leeway in a family-friendly and appreciative work environment.
