HVACSE Specialist Coordinator

You will independently coordinate HVACSE planning projects in spatial specialist coordination and additionally take on project management in a trade of your choice.

Tasks

• Independent support of HVACSE planning projects in spatial specialist coordination
• Technical responsibility for spatial specialist coordination and co-design of BIM methods
• Project management of medium-sized projects with increased complexity in one trade (HVACSE+)
• Leadership and coaching of the project team
• Participation in company and employee development

Profile

• Basic training in an HVACSE specialist trade, ideally with further training in the BIM area
• Basic vocational training as a Building Services Planner EFZ or in the electrical field
• Specialist further training at FH, HF, or Federal Diploma level
• Practical experience in spatial specialist coordination and planning of building services projects
• Revit knowledge in building services is an advantage
