To learn more, follow this link .   We are looking for an operations agent-concierge for the Ecole de culture générale (ECGF) in Fribourg and upon request for various buildings in the canton of Fribourg. Your missions • You are the technical referent for the contractors engaged in building maintenance and the users • You carry out technical monitoring tours and ensure the management of CVCS installations • You are able to carry out repair work on technical installations and in the buildings • You ensure the safety of the building (escape routes, fire detection, etc.) • You organize, plan and supervise building cleaning work with the cleaning staff as well as external contractors • You understand and are able to intervene on closing plans as well as in access management • You manage waste disposal and recovery • You ensure the routine maintenance of the premises and surroundings of the buildings (snow removal, green spaces)  • You occasionally and upon request perform specific work during the night, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays Desired profile • CFC d-agent-e d-exploitation, or training and experience deemed equivalent as well as good knowledge of building technology • Good knowledge of usual IT tools (MS Office) and ease with BMS programs (building management systems) • Ability to work independently • Proactive, customer-oriented and comfortable in interpersonal relations • Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language Contact details Jean-Yves Jacquaz, Chef de secteur Write an email, T + 41 26 305 37 92
