We are an established company in all fiduciary areas such as business consultancy, finance and accounting, tax consultancy and auditing. To strengthen our team in Dietikon, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Fiduciary, 50-100% (Permanent position)

Your tasks

• Independent management of client accounting for various industries and sizes
• Preparation of annual financial statements and assistance with audit preparations
• Preparation of value-added tax returns as well as annual and turnover reconciliations
• Handling of personnel and payroll administration incl. year-end declarations of social insurances as well as withholding taxes
• Preparation of tax returns for legal and natural persons; examination of tax assessments and preparation of tax appeals
• Preparation of declarations regarding withholding taxes
• General fiduciary tasks/administration and contact with clients

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training in the fiduciary industry and/or 2 to 3 additional years of fiduciary practice
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping according to the Code of Obligations as well as within social insurance law
• Knowledge of personnel administration
• Customer-oriented, exact, conscientious and independent way of working
• Team player and positively minded personality
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, ideally Topal, Infoniqa, Dr. Tax and Plato
• Your age 30 to 50 years
