starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Empowerment and support of 3 - 4 employees with a disability
• Responsibility as a specialist for the implementation of agogic principles in everyday work
• Active contribution of ideas for the further development of Kafi Hoi as well as responsibility for ongoing operations
• Contact person for legal guardians and relatives of employees with disabilities
• Ensuring and complying with the applicable quality and hygiene standards
• Cooperation with various specialists from Integra

Your profile

• Education and professional experience in the gastronomy sector
• Training in work agogics or professional experience in working with people with disabilities
• High service orientation as well as strong planning and organizational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills and IT affinity in dealing with different digital applications
