For an office for architecture and planning, we are looking for a Project Manager Planning.

Demanding projects, high degree of autonomy, responsibility and quality standards.

Main tasks:

• Conceptual development of projects in the planning phase
• Leading internal project teams
• Ensuring qualitative and cost-efficient project processing
• Ensuring contract fulfillment
• Coordination between the office and external stakeholders
• Securing the interface to the subsequent planning phases
• Building law assurance of permit eligibility

Requirements:

• Completed studies in architecture
• Experience in the phases SIA 102 and in planning management
• Independent project management
• Organizational talent and good communication skills
• Reliability, resilience and commitment
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form
