The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job positions as well as various forms of living and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. Supervised day activities enable people with disabilities to participate in simple work processes as well as integration into manageable social structures - at a total of five locations.
At the Reinach location, we accompany people with multiple disabilities and design an individual, needs-oriented daily structure that is oriented towards the personal abilities, interests, and needs of the participants. The focus is on self-determination, social participation, and lived inclusion. The offer is supplemented by musical, creative, and activating activities, which promote well-being, create meaning, and create diverse opportunities for shared experiences.

Completed training in social pedagogy, agogics, or care (FaBe)
Experience in working with people with support needs
Joy and skills in the manual or artistic area
