On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a logistics specialist CFC (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the replenishment of the components necessary for the smooth running of the workshop activities • You will organize, control and optimize stock levels to ensure the continuity of operations and avoid any supply disruptions • You will manage the entry, reception, return and shipping of goods in accordance with internal procedures • You will track components in SAP and ensure the reliability and updating of data • You will carry out rotating and semi-annual inventories, analyze discrepancies and participate in the implementation of corrective actions. • You will handle rejects as well as non-conforming or obsolete components in accordance with current procedures • You will communicate with the various departments to ensure effective coordination of logistics and production activities. • You will prepare and make available the necessary components according to production needs • You will ensure compliance with safety, quality and storage procedures in force • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by proposing solutions to optimize flows, deadlines and workshop performance. Your profile: • You hold a CFC logistics specialist diploma or equivalent training in the field of logistics • You have experience in stock management, logistics and administrative activities • You master the usual computer tools, in particular the Microsoft Office suite, and ideally have a good knowledge of SAP • You are able to ensure precise and rigorous monitoring of components while guaranteeing data reliability. • You have experience in a after-sales service (SAV) environment or in a workshop, which is a real asset • You demonstrate organization, rigor and reliability in the execution of your missions. • You know how to manage priorities, appreciate teamwork and have excellent communication skills. • You are autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented. • You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and are able to manage several tasks simultaneously with efficiency..
