Your role

• Support to Relationship Managers in their daily administrative activities related to the clientele (Wealth Management clients and medium and large enterprises)
• Preparation and follow-up of client meetings in collaboration with Relationship Managers in the financing and investment sector
• Execution of credit analyses, preparation of credit requests and processing of investment profiles
• Settlement of foreign exchange and money market operations, registration of stock market orders
• Assistance in the onboarding of new clients, including complex KYC verification processes
• Monitoring and supervision of client portfolios in terms of deadlines and internal compliance in respect of terms
• Welcoming clients and occasional replacement at the cash desk or reception in case of absence

Your profile

Possessing basic banking training, you have gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of classic investment and financing products, as well as the service offering of a universal bank, and have acquired experience in the KYC sector. Proficiency in Avaloq is desirable. You are a committed, versatile, autonomous and fast person, who values teamwork and is distinguished by discretion in interaction with a demanding clientele. A native Italian speaker, you also possess a good knowledge of French and English or French and German.
