Maintenance Technician
for the canton of Valais
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems with gaming systems, ticket dispensers and various equipment in points of sale and in the workshop
Establish a work report for each intervention using the computer systems provided
Install, remove and modify equipment at points of sale
Establish incident reports
Prepare equipment for installations at points of sale
Repair and update equipment in the workshop
Monitor parts inventory to maintain sufficient stock
Place orders for spare parts and maintenance products
Provide on-call services
Replace team colleagues in case of absence in other geographical sectors of French-speaking Switzerland and at the Lausanne workshop
Profile:
CFC as a mechanic-electronic technician
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the field
Driving license
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to analyze and solve technical and electronic problems
French native language, oral knowledge of English desired
Very good contact with customers
Flexibility and sense of responsibility
Open-mindedness
Ready to work certain Saturdays according to an established rotation
