Your main responsibilities: Administrative and technical management of the portfolio with the support of the assistant, Conducting owner and mandatary meetings around common and unifying objectives, Privileged interface for tenants and processing of their requests (technical and lease law), Establishment and monitoring of work and renovation budgets, Monitoring of accounts and allocations, Negotiation of maintenance contracts, Regular contact with owners, tenants and companies.
