Technical Manager Your missions: Complete technical management of a portfolio; Monitoring of multi-year budgets validated by principals; Carrying out condition reports: entry, preliminary and exit; Various re-invoicing to tenants following exit condition reports; Removal of APA; Complete renovation of apartments; Processing of work invoices and maintenance contracts; Conclusion and monitoring of the proper execution of contracts; Establishment and monitoring of the specification for concierges; Manage claims for the portfolio, requests for work and visits to buildings, as well as apartments; Ensure the monitoring of buildings and apartments in the Signaterre portal, update the database and read certain meters; Supervise and execute the different tasks of the work monitoring process; from budget preparation to requests for offers and from adjudication to invoicing. Your profile: A CFC Commercial Employee or a maturity level; Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in the technical management of a portfolio of buildings in Genève; Great sense of responsibility; Autonomy in file management; Precise, fast and dynamic; Very comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); Proven experience with Quorum and Homepad; Excellent spelling and writing skills; Swiss or valid permit; Knowledge of the AC\-Démat and Sinergie platforms; A capacity to integrate into a dynamic and professional team.
