Care Worker Ambulatory Accompaniment (FABE) 60% *As of January 1, 2027 (or by agreement) | Team Agogik/Trainings IV | Bildungsstätte Sommeri* In the Bildungsstätte Sommeri, we accompany adults and young people with cognitive impairments on their way to more independence, professional participation, and quality of life. Our offers in the living and working area create protected, promoting living spaces - with respect, dignity, and heart. Your mission The Team Agogik/Trainings IV accompanies, supports, and advises around 70 external employees with disabilities in the workplace and social environment and assists the Arbeiten (BA) department with agogical questions. As a care worker for daily structure, you will accompany people with disabilities in their daily work routine for 30%, take over break and lunch accompaniment during sports offers, and support internal and external events such as disco, bowling, minigolf, or brunch. Another 30% of your activities will include deployments in the Wohnen (BW) area during the daily structure on weekdays, e.g., in the form of temporary help or accompaniment to doctor's appointments.
