Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production facilities in Kilchberg am Zürichsee. In Altendorf, we operate our own logistics center, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own needs as well as for other European production sites. What you do with us: Conceptual responsibility for VAT-relevant company- and product-specific processes at home and abroad (including in the areas of Domestic, Retail, Intercompany, Global Travel Retail and international distributors) Preparation of VAT returns at home and abroad (Switzerland, Belgium) as well as performing sales tax and input tax reconciliations Coordination with external VAT service providers regarding the recovery of input tax from third countries Contact person for VAT audits (technical support, data preparation etc.) Determination of VAT rates in goods calculations Examination of electronic assessment notices as well as BAZG invoices Responsibility for providing statistical key figures to authorities Technical support in cross-departmental projects and processes (incl. implementation in SAP) Creation of evaluations and statistics for periodic closings (monthly and annual closing) as well as participation in audits Monitoring and further development of VAT processes incl. maintenance and updating of process and IKS documentation When you fit with us: Commercial training with further training in the field of finance and accounting (e.g. federal diploma) Several years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on VAT Very good SAP knowledge and strong process understanding Good English skills in speaking and writing Independent, structured way of working and high initiative Teamwork skills as well as strong communication skills We are all unique!
