• Manage and bill projects with regard to deadlines, costs and quality
• Carry out customer advice and create offers
• Lead assembly personnel and dispose of materials
• Be responsible for project administration and processes and continuously optimize them
• Actively coordinate construction management and interfaces
• Help shape new customer acquisition and prospecting

The requirement profile ####

• Completed training in a related field (ideally carpenter, painter, plasterer or similar)
• Leadership competence and strong team spirit
• Organized, forward-looking and reliable way of working
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented attitude
