On behalf of our client IGD Grüter AG in Dagmersellen (LU), we are looking for a Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture (80--100 %).

IGD Grüter AG is a family-run architecture and general contracting company with around 60 employees. For over 30 years, the company has been realizing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings -- from single-family houses and multi-family houses to age-appropriate living forms (LEA label) and complex general contractor projects. Under the operational management of Alain Grüter (COO), an interdisciplinary team of planning, project, and construction management works closely together. The motto <<Together to the goal>> shapes the cooperation: flat hierarchies, direct paths, and a strong, practical environment with much joy in architecture.

Your tasks

As a Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture, you will independently create project and execution plans and support the team in the realization of exciting construction projects. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other specialists and contribute your ideas and precision to the projects.

Specifically, your tasks include:

• Independent creation of project and execution plans in all project phases (residential and commercial construction)
• Detailed planning of demanding construction projects
• Support in the supervision of the client in all planning matters during the project and construction phase
• Coordination and implementation of requirements from authorities and offices
• Collaboration and further development of digital processes (ArchiCAD, BIM if interested)
• Development of plans and solutions together as a team

Your profile

• Completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• Good CAD knowledge, preferably ArchiCAD (2D/3D)
• Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Spatial imagination, joy in computer work and in constructive exchange
• Teamwork skills, commitment, and joy in working in a family-oriented, practice-oriented environment
