Childcare Specialist Schule Neubühl, 70-80 %

For our school-based childcare, we are looking for two Childcare Specialists starting immediately and as of 19 October 2026. Tasks ## As a Childcare Specialist, you will accompany children of kindergarten and school age at the Tagesschule Neubühl during non-teaching time. Together with the childcare team, you will design a varied after-school routine and promote the children in their personal and social development. You will work from Monday to Friday and benefit from at least eight weeks of vacation during the school holidays.   Your tasks include:  • Co-designing the daily childcare routine and ensuring smooth daily operations • Accompanying and promoting the children in their personal, social, and emotional development • Planning and implementing age-appropriate play, creative, and leisure activities • Appreciative cooperation within the childcare team as well as with teachers and parents • Participation in pedagogical working groups and co-designing the further development of the Tagesschule • Taking over organizational and domestic tasks in the daily after-school routine Profile ## • Completed apprenticeship as Fachperson Betreuung or Fachperson für Kleinkindererziehung EFZ is mandatory.
