Your mission:
You ensure the smooth running of purchasing and planning activities, from procurement to the delivery of finished products. Working closely with the production workshops and logistics, you contribute to the Supply Chain performance through rigorous planning, excellent mastery of flows, and a continuous improvement approach.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 2 collaborators
• Manage external purchases at the best cost, within the specified deadlines, while maintaining very good relations with our partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Drive production planning and scheduling: manage production orders and ensure their follow-up in collaboration with the workshop managers.
• Define and implement the safety stock management strategy and ensure its management.

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial training with industrial experience.
• Continuing education in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain.
• Higher education (ES/HES) would be an advantage.
• Mastery of French and German, good knowledge of English.
• Interpersonal skills, listening skills, ability to work autonomously while having a strong team spirit, very good analytical and synthesis skills.
