In order to accompany the development of our projects in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Junior Structural Works Site Manager to join our team in Onex. You will evolve within a dynamic environment and contribute to the realization of ambitious construction projects.

What will your missions be as a Junior Structural Works Site Manager (m/f/x) - Onex-Geneva?

• You plan and direct construction operations on our sites
• You prepare and participate in tenders, calls for bids, and technical interviews
• You manage cost estimations and ensure the financial monitoring of projects
• Ensure safety on the construction site
• Control the deadlines, costs, and quality of work execution, under the responsibility of your project manager
• Ensure regular and effective contact with our works teams and/or our partners

What are your skills as a Junior Structural Works Site Manager (m/f/x) - Onex-Geneva?

• Skills related to the structural works subject.
• Completed training in construction with a diploma as a site manager, HES or EPF engineer
• 3 to 5 years of experience acquired in Switzerland
• Knowledge of standards and laws in Switzerland
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, analyze, and solve problems
• Ease in working in a team
• Field-oriented person, versatile, conscientious, and resistant to stress
