Your tasks

Supporting people

You accompany five people with an intellectual disability and highly challenging behavior - often in combination with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and actively help shape a participation-oriented and health-promoting environment.

Shaping everyday life

You care for the clients, sometimes in a 1:1 setting, in structured and stabilizing systems. You ensure person-oriented daily and leisure activities and take on tasks in the household, organization, and documentation.

Developing perspectives

In the interdisciplinary team, you are committed to a professional way of working and a good working atmosphere. Together with colleagues, you examine professional approaches, cooperation, and organization and participate in change processes.

Your profile

Experience

You have already accompanied people with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior, ideally in the area of ASD. You are able to balance shift, weekend, and holiday duties well with your private life.

Personality

In demanding care situations, you act calmly and convey security. You seek help when you reach your limits and contribute openly to team meetings and specialist consultations. Humor, empathy, and respect are important to you.

Education

You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (Specialist in Care), or an equivalent qualification, potentially with a specialization in psychiatry.

Language

You have a confident command of the German language and communicate appropriately for the target group.
