In this function, you will actively look after our existing customers, win new customers together with the team, and support with your specialist expertise on technical issues.

Your tasks
Support and advice for our customers in inside sales with a technical focus
Commercial administration and order processing
Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
Preparation, negotiation and follow-up of offers up to the order
Analysis of customer inquiries and development of technical solutions in cooperation with our product and specialist experts
Coordination of delivery dates as well as coordination with purchasing, customers and freight forwarders
Support in warehouse, shipping and general operational work in a small team

What you bring with you
Technical training, commercial training EFZ
Sales affinity and strong communication skills
Experience in sales/technical support
Languages: German, English and French knowledge, Italian is an advantage
High degree of personal responsibility, independence and entrepreneurial thinking
Structured and reliable way of working
Driver's license category B
