Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Provide technical, personnel, and financial leadership for the enterprise architecture area across the five federal offices of the Swiss Army in the various architecture areas (military ICT, civilian ICT, armament, and digital transformation) • Be responsible for the technical leadership of enterprise architecture for the entire Defence Group and involve partners in doing so; cross-cutting control of domain and business area architectures • Shape and be responsible for the governance, processes, and products of the architecture, as well as create fundamentals and specifications for the projects • Develop architecture specifications and guidelines of action aligned with strategy and business requirements and introduce them to the responsible leadership bodies • Manage internal, external, and international stakeholders (e.g., industry partners) of Defence architecture and communicate the contents of the architecture in favor of <<Federated Mission Networking>> <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University or university of applied sciences degree with specialization in computer science and business administration, good knowledge in the field of (enterprise) architecture and analysis, as well as very good knowledge of military structures and processes • Proven several years of leadership experience in enterprise architecture and its methods in large organizations • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly, structurally, and in an audience-appropriate manner and to combine different interests • Very good methodological competence (e.g., TOGAF, HERMES, project or program management certifications such as IPMA/MAS) and further education and experience in business analysis • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as very good English skills (C1) <br /> In a nutshell Are you interested in helping to shape the long-term development of the Army and the Defence Group?
