Ward Manager Long-term Psychiatry

On our 4 wards of long-term psychiatry with 18 beds each, chronically mentally ill women and men with cognitive impairments, limitations in independent living and daily organization, or behavioral abnormalities are cared for. Furthermore, the wards offer low-threshold rehabilitation programs for patients who subsequently return to their former circumstances or transfer to another institution. ### What awaits you • Independent organization and management of the ward including team coordination and resource deployment • Care of patients with chronic mental illnesses and limitations in independent living and daily organization • Co-designing an appreciative team and working culture How you help us move forward • Completed training as Dipl. With over 1'700 employees, we ensure the expanded medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for approximately 11'000 inpatient and 90'000 outpatient patients. Additionally, we are an important training site in the canton.
