Your activities:

• Main activity in cost planning and cost calculation (phases KP0 -- KP3)
• Optimization of economic and technical solutions in dialogue with the planning and construction participants
• Planning coordination for turnkey projects
• Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services in cooperation with the project management
• Tendering and awarding of external specialist planner orders as well as responsibility in terms of quality, performance and price
• Management and monitoring of planning processes and deadlines

Your profile:

• Completed training in construction as well as further education as a project manager, construction manager, site manager, master builder, civil engineer or equivalent
• Confidence in cost calculation (KP0 -- KP3)
• Several years of professional experience in calculation, project management and construction cost planning
• Good German skills (at least C1, oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Messerli
• High cost awareness as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
