Pflegefachperson HF/FH (20%-50%) Entry immediately or by arrangement Your area of responsibility As a nursing professional in the home environment, your main tasks are the care and support of the clientele, including basic nursing and treatment measures. You organize the daily routine, design the nursing process individually as a primary caregiver, and work together with family members and professionals. You use interRAI HC to assess the need for care and document services rendered. If suitable, you take on daily responsibility.
