FaBe Care or Social Pedagogue

You are a trained social pedagogue or FaBe (people with disabilities) and have professional experience with people with mental and social impairments as well as experience with mental illness profiles. You enjoy working independently, in a service-oriented manner, and reliably. You also possess a positive basic attitude, flexibility, teamwork skills, and humor. You enjoy development and change processes and want to actively help shape them.

In YOUR role as a Social Pedagogue HF or FaBe Care

• Act as an active team member in professional social-pedagogical care in the areas of living and daily structure along our psychosocial and pedagogical care concept
• Accompany and support the adult residents in their daily and leisure structure and stand by them as a reliable companion
• Maintain close cooperation and interaction with families and relatives in key person work
• Promote interdisciplinary cooperation with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and other specialist agencies
• Record and document work processes within the framework of the internal institutional guidelines.
• Plan and accompany the stay through the phases: admission, assessment and support, as well as discharge, and carry out service shifts (24 hours incl. on-call service and weekends).
