A management role that stays close to daily business.

ProSearch is looking for a female or male Managing Director for a regionally anchored electrical engineering company in the Basel area. This task combines the management of the operation with personal responsibility for larger installation projects, calculation and customer relations. We are not looking for an exclusively administrative management person.

Your responsibility

• You manage the operation in daily business and ensure clear cooperation with the installation team and the dispatch.
• You personally take on larger electrical installation projects. From the planning and calculation of new orders to the monitoring of implementation.
• You look after existing customers, win new orders and represent the company in direct customer contact.
• You help shape the further development of the operation and set operational priorities together with the previous responsible persons.

Your background

• You have a solid electrical engineering education and practical experience in the electrical installation and project business, ideally with further training at the level of electrical project management. Training as a Dipl. Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte (HFP) is welcome, but absolutely not mandatory.
• You can calculate projects, prepare offers and know the commercial requirements in everyday project life.
• You have led specialists, project teams or employees and want to take on entrepreneurial leadership responsibility.
• You are at home in the Basel area and well networked here.

Previous activity as a Managing Director is an advantage, but absolutely not required. An engaged, winning and ambitious leadership personality is desired!

Your perspective

You will take on a versatile management task with direct reference to projects, customers and the team. A step from an experienced project or department management function is also possible; accompanied induction is provided, if necessary and desired!
