Do you want to commit yourself to the population in the Dietikon district? Der Sozialdienst Limmattal (SDL) is an association of the 11 municipalities of the Dietikon district. Our 6 specialist departments offer a wide range of services in the areas of prevention, addiction counseling, youth counseling, labor integration, care, and housing. For the Suchtberatung specialist department, we are looking for an open, independent, and resilient personality starting from January 2027 or by arrangement In our outpatient addiction counseling, we support and accompany people with addiction problems and their relatives in the Dietikon district. Your varied tasks: ### • Reception and first point of contact for clients • Support for specialists in everyday counseling • Accompanying and providing specific support to clients under guidance • Administrative work such as appointment management, correspondence, and document filing • Assistance with case documentation and data entry • Support in prevention projects and public relations work • Research and preparation of specialist information • Participation in team meetings, case discussions, and internal further training • Insight into social work, psychosocial, and psychotherapeutic counseling practice For these versatile tasks, you bring: ### • Completed vocational training EFZ, Matura, Fachmittelschule, or comparable education • Interest in the topics of addiction, mental health, and social issues • Motivation to gain insight and first practical experience for a degree program • High social competence and appreciative handling of people in stressful life situations • Independent, reliable, and careful way of working • Good oral and written expression skills • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications • Discretion, resilience, and capacity for reflection We offer you: ### • A pre-internship for degree programs in the social sector • In-depth insights into the professional counseling and treatment of addiction • Support and guidance from experienced specialists • Opportunity to participate in internal training, intervisions, and team meetings • An appreciative and collegial working environment • Regular formats for reflection • Place of work in the center of Dietikon, 15 min from HB Zürich We look forward to receiving your complete application via e-mail to jobs@sd-l.ch
