With a reception capacity of 77 beds, it houses elderly residents for long and short stays. It also has a temporary reception center. In order to complete the animation team, we are looking for: Sociocultural Animator HES or Social Educator ES Your profile: • Bachelor HES in sociocultural animation or ES diploma or title deemed equivalent • Professional experience with elderly people or in the medico-social field, an asset • Ability to develop and lead animation projects adapted to various audiences. • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening and empathy. • Spirit of initiative, creativity and autonomy. • Aptitude to work in an interdisciplinary team. • Mastery of common IT tools (Carefolio would be a plus). Your main tasks: • Design, organize and animate individual and collective activities promoting autonomy, social participation and the fulfillment of residents and beneficiaries. • Evaluate the needs, expectations and resources of residents and users of the CAT. • Develop innovative animation projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. • Participate in the elaboration and monitoring of personalized support projects. • Encourage intergenerational exchanges and openness to local life. • Collaborate with relatives, volunteers and external partners. • Ensure administrative follow-up related to activities and contribute to the quality processes of the service. • Contribute to the development of the quality of life of residents and users by initiating and coordinating projects related to emerging challenges of aging, in particular affective and sexual life, intimacy, social relations and spirituality, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and relevant partners. • Participation in the administrative management and interprofessional networks of the CAT We offer: • A motivating working environment within a committed and constantly evolving institution. • A varied and enriching mission in service of the residents. • Attractive working conditions according to the CCT San.
