Tasks

• Professional and expert guest care
• Co-responsible for the smooth service flow in our bistro
• Expert management of a station including payment collection
• Setup of the event rooms
• Care of coffee breaks and events in the house
• Provision of the required mise-en-place
• Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
• Assignments in à la carte and banquet areas

Requirements

• Completed training in the hotel industry, preferably in the restaurant area
• Experience in à la carte service and in the banquet area
• Business fluent German and English, good French skills an advantage
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
• High level of commitment, initiative and reliability
