Tasks ##

• Self-dependent assembly and commissioning of complex devices.
• Wiring and connecting electrical and electromechanical components.
• Construction of control cabinets and electrical assemblies per plans.
• Independent assembly and commissioning of complex devices and sub-assemblies for bioreactors
• Wiring, connection, and attachment of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components (pre-assembly and final assembly)
• Assembly and mounting of electrical cabinets, controls, and electrical sub-assemblies according to electrical diagrams and technical documentation
• Carrying out functional tests, measurements, and systematic fault analysis
• Continuous improvement of assembly processes
• Close collaboration with the technology and development department for product implementation and evolution
• Feedback from assembly and proposals for improvement to the technology and engineering departments
• Participation in the creation and optimization of assembly instructions, test procedures, and technical documentation
• Support during prototyping, test assemblies, and technical modifications
• Ensuring high quality and respect for product manufacturing deadlines
• Compliance with safety, quality, and documentation instructions
• Completed training as an automation technician CFC or automation technician CFC
• Experience in assembly, wiring, and commissioning of devices or installations
• Good knowledge of reading electrical and circuit diagrams
• Technical understanding and pleasure in working on complex electromechanical systems
• High sense of quality and neat working method
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented work
• Good written and oral knowledge in German and English
