This is what you can achieve: Planning, introduction, and continuous optimization of production and testing processes for medical technical plastic consumables Responsibility for the successful transfer of new or modified processes into series production Leadership of projects for the procurement, introduction, qualification, and optimization of production and testing equipment Development of technical requirements and specification of test and operating materials for automated production and testing systems Planning and execution of qualifications and validations of production, testing processes, and testing facilities Definition and further development of test strategies and quality assurance within series production Conducting structured error and cause analyses and implementing sustainable correction and improvement measures Creation and maintenance of process-relevant specifications, documentation, and training documents in a regulated environment Technical support and training of production staff on process-related issues Analysis of production and process data and implementation of data-based optimization measures Close collaboration with production, quality, product care, automation & maintenance, and external equipment suppliers Further development of digital production processes and production-related software solutions Technical support for production in the event of malfunctions, process deviations, and complex error patterns in automated and manual production processes Support and technical representation of the department in internal and external audits and processing of audit-relevant topics This is what you bring: Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, plastics technology, system technology, industrial engineering, or medical technology or several years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, production technology, or industrialization, ideally in a regulated environment Experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams Experience in handling validations, risk analyses, and technical documentation Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking Experience with ERP systems and ERP-based production and material flow processes, preferably D365 & SAP Experience in planning, introducing, qualifying, and optimizing production and testing processes Secure handling of production figures and analysis and interpretation of process data Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working method combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality Additionally, knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling and labeling processes in the medical technology or pharmaceutical environment Knowledge of production data management and analysis and preparation of technical data Experience with production-related IT systems, databases, or digital production solutions Experience in validating software-supported production and labeling processes How to apply: Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under Jobs | Hamilton Medical Do you share our values and feel at home in a collegial, innovative, and down-to-earth environment?
