The department for training and support of 15-25 year olds (PASAJ) includes all activities related to youth pastoral care, whether within training institutions or in pastoral units and regions. In order to integrate its team, the Unité Pastorale Interculturelle (UPI) Nyon - Terre-Sainte is looking for a: pastoral animator at 50% in the service of youth Main activities: • Develop and implement diversified activities and projects based on the needs of the field, the journeys, the desires, and the backgrounds of young people in the Nyon and La Côte region. • Propose to young people spaces to experience the riches of the Church (community life, listening to the Word, sacraments, liturgies adapted to the reality of young people, diaconal engagement, personal and spiritual development), while actively collaborating with parishes, pastoral teams, and various youth groups (parishes and missions). • Foster voluntary engagement among young people and develop quality supervision (support, training, recognition). Profile sought: • Of Catholic confession, you have Church experience and benefit from recognized ecclesial training. • Strong interest in the world of youth, you present experience in animation with young people, with good relational and listening skills. • Ease of teamwork, sensitivity to the intercultural spirit, and experience in ecumenism. • Residence in the La Côte region would be an asset.
