Do you enjoy contact with customers and administrative tasks within the internal service? Then you are at the right place. As an accountant for the Office des poursuites du Jura bernois - Seeland, Agence du Jura bernois, you will ensure the accounting autonomously.

Your tasks

• Daily recording of payment receipts and entering entries
• Examining creditor documents and executing payment orders
• Preparing monthly invoices and processing reminders
• Collecting cash payments from customers at the counter and invoicing fees
• Collaborating in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Providing substitution for the accountant of the Office des faillites du Jura bernois - Seeland, agence du Jura bernois -Seeland

Your profile

• Initial commercial training or equivalent training
• Accounting knowledge required, experience in the field of LP desired
• Precise and autonomous work, good comfort with numbers
• Very good oral and written expression in French (C2), good knowledge of German (at least B1 level)
• Good reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
