The Stiftung Adulta offers a variety of adapted living, day structuring, and work opportunities for 150 adult people with disabilities at four different locations in Baselland. To fulfill our tasks, around 220 people work in our social organization. The diverse ateliers at Opalinus offer around 30 people with disabilities a day structure. We are looking for you, a solution-oriented, creative, and humorous personality as Employee* Care Day Structuring 80% ## (Social Pedagogue* or Care Specialist) Workplace: Opalinus location in Gelterkinden / Atelier Entry: Immediately or by agreement Your area of responsibility ### • Targeted, resource- and needs-oriented care, further development, care, activation, and employment of four to six people with disabilities in all aspects of the working day in the atelier area • Focus of tasks lies in the artistic, design area, as well as in various service areas • Collaboration in agogic process shaping • Active cooperation in the team, with relatives and legal representatives • Administrative and organizational tasks and participation in the sale of own products Your profile ### • Completed training in the social sector or a design-handicraft training with further education in the agogic sector • Experience in accompanying adult people with increased support needs and pleasure in caregiving tasks • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work • Good PC user skills • Knowledge of supported communication • PW driver's license an advantage We offer you ### • Responsible and varied task in a dynamic environment with scope for action and co-design possibilities • Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits • Further training opportunities and careful introduction to the area of responsibility • The opportunity to actively shape the future of Stiftung Adulta Interest aroused?
