As Technical Office Manager, you will lead methods and industrialization activities to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will manage a technical team, support the industrialization of new products, and contribute to the overall optimization of industrial operations.

Technical Office Manager (m/f)

Our client is a recognized industrial player operating in a high-precision production environment. In a context of development and continuous improvement, the company is looking for a manager capable of structuring, optimizing, and evolving manufacturing methods while supporting operational teams.

Missions

You will be in charge of a small team and will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Methods and Industrialization activities.
• Define, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve process robustness, quality, and performance.
• Supervise the industrialization of new products, from process design to production validation.
• Ensure the management and reliability of technical data, manufacturing documentation, and production parameters.
• Coordinate industrial process trials, qualifications, and validations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions concerning productivity, quality, and costs.
• Analyze technical issues, conduct corrective and preventive actions, and provide support to production teams.
• Manage and develop the technical office team, lead projects, and monitor performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

You match the following profile:

• Higher education in engineering in microtechnology or similar.
• Proven experience in the Watchmaking field.
• Experience in managing industrialization projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement approaches.
• Solid experience in managing technical teams.
• Good mastery of ERP tools and production monitoring systems.
• Excellent understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing methods.
• Leadership, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Results orientation, rigor, reactivity, and a strong continuous improvement culture.
