Your tasks ##

• Care with heart and competence - you bring your passion to daily care and ensure individual, appreciative basic care for our residents.
• Individual care - you respond to personal needs and work hand in hand with a motivated, collegial team.
• Focus on safety and hygiene - you ensure compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene standards at all times to create a protected environment.
• Careful nursing documentation - you make all necessary entries in a structured, precise, and independent manner to ensure seamless and transparent care.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or as an Assistant in Health and Social Care.
• You respond lovingly and competently to the needs of our residents.
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute with high social competence across different areas.
• You are an proactive, committed, and trustworthy personality.
• You have good oral and written German skills (at least level B1).
